| ATLANTA, GA–August 20, 2009 – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) recently opened an 83-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel at 5115 Indian River Blvd. in Vero Beach, Florida. Hotel Equities serves as the management company and shares ownership with Kite Properties, LLC who developed the three-story property. Brenda Celano is the hotel’s General Manager. “We welcome the opportunity to bring our award-winning hotel management to Vero Beach with the SpringHill Suites brand,” said Tamara Markham, Hotel Equities Director of Operations. “We promise to deliver unparalleled service to our guests and to the community.” 
The hotel marks the first Vero Beach location for a SpringHill Suites and showcases Marriott’s new design “where substance meets style”. Each of the suites includes a sleeper sofa, refrigerator and microwave plus free high-speed wireless Internet access, phones with data ports and voice mail and HDTV.
