Fred Hazzan Named Controller for The Hamister Group, Inc.

Will Assist Company’s Ten Hotel Properties in Eastern U.S.


WILLIAMSVILLE, NEW YORK – The Hamister Group, Inc., a leading national hotel management company, announced that Fred Hazzan has joined the company as Controller.

Hazzan will oversee the accounting operation at the company’s corporate headquarters, which provides support to The Hamister Group, Inc.’s ten hotel properties located in New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Kentucky. In addition to operational accounting support, Hazzan will also play a lead role in the budgeting process for the Hamister-managed properties.

A Certified Public Accountant, Hazzan has held Controller and CFO positions with Western New York companies including, TAM Ceramics, Beauty Pools, Wiper Check  and Mainline Companies. He has also supported several ERP/financial systems implementations and upgrades throughout his career.
 
Hazzan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo. A resident of Amherst, he and his wife are the parents of two children.
