Noble Prepares the 220- room Marriott City Center Hotel
 in Macon, Georgia for Fall 2009 Opening

ATLANTA, Ga. – May 13, 2009 –Privately held Noble Investment Group (“Noble”), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the appointment of their leadership team that have been selected to oversee the day to day operational leadership of Noble’s Macon Marriott City Center Hotel and the city of Macon’s Macon Centreplex which includes their 100,000 square foot convention center and their 9,250 seat coliseum.  The 220-room Marriott hotel, scheduled to open later this year, is located on Coliseum drive and is connected to the Macon Centreplex in historic downtown Macon.

An award winning general manager with Noble for more than six years, David Rosenberg has been named general manager of the Macon Marriott City Center.  David has more than eighteen years experience in the hospitality industry and is responsible for the opening and the daily operations of this much anticipated landmark city center hotel as well as the attached Macon Centreplex.  As a Noble leader, David and his teams have received numerous awards and recognition for their exceptional service and product delivery. 

Pat Horan has been named director of sales of the Macon Marriott City Center.  Pat has more than eighteen years of experience in the hospitality industry as a sales and marketing professional.  Prior to joining Noble, Pat was director of operations for Sea Oaks Tennis Resort in Vero Beach, and director of sales for Marriott International where she was recognized by the Marriott International Golden Circle Program and presented the President’s award for her outstanding sales achievements.
