Simon Lee Appointed Food & Beverage Manager
at the Prince Hotel, Hong Kong
 
 
Hong Kong, 23 June 2008 Ė Mr. Simon Lee is Prince Hotelís newly appointed Food & Beverage Manager.
 
Since first joining Marco Polo Hotels in 1985, Simon has held key positions in food and beverage operations for the Groupís hotels in Hong Kong.  Prior to his appointment with Prince Hotel, Simon was Food and Beverage Manager for Gateway Hotel.  
 
In his current role, Simon will be leading and training his team towards delivering a superb experience to guests of Prince Hotelís renowned restaurants and bars, on top of overseeing the daily operations of his department.  
 
Simon is currently completing a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  
 
A talented artist, wine enthusiast, and an avid sportsman, Simon is also the force behind the highly successful and widely publicized series of Dining Etiquette and Table Manner Classes regularly held for the public in Marco Polo Hotels, Hong Kong.
