MICROS�s Web Suite to Manage Its Hotel Operations |

The Hotel Chateau Chamonix has implemented MICROS�s Operetta Property Management System (PMS) and has also deployed MICROS�s myfidelio.net and mylink applications to allow online bookings for customers. Just 60 minutes from the Denver International Airport, Hotel Chateau Chamonix is an exquisite boutique hotel that sits on Clear Creek. MICROS�s Operetta is a simple and powerful solution that meets the smaller properties� unique technology demands and requirements with a bundled hardware and software solution that provides an easy-to-understand approach to the basic concepts of hotel property management, while still including all of the essential PMS functions. Hotel Chateau Chamonix has chosen to host Operetta PMS in MICROS�s hosting facility, eliminating the overhead costs associated with the purchase, maintenance, and 24x7 support of an onsite server and the IT staff to manage it. To complete the PMS package, Hotel Chateau Chamonix has implemented MICROS�s myfidelio.net solution for web booking connectivity. MICROS�s myfidelio.net provides central reservation management services and the ability to create a single image inventory environment for Hotel Chateau Chamonix that can be easily presented to all relevant sales channels, including GDS connectivity, distributing rates and availability to over 500,000 travel agency terminals worldwide and Advanced Distribution via online travel agencies and portals, also known as ADS (Alternative Distribution Systems).
