West Hospitality Limited and
MSI: Uncompromising choice for guests and technology
Phoenix, AZ April 16, 2009 MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.),
a hospitality technology solutions provider, has been selected to provide
integrated property management and point of sale technology by West Hospitality
Limited to the Best Western Atrea Hotel and Suites in Lackland, TX.
San Antonio developer and hotel owner Ajay Patel broke ground on the property in early 2008. The business-friendly hotel is slated to open in April 2009 with MSIs WinPM Property Management System (PMS) and integrated PlacePoint Point of Sale (POS). WinPM, an industry leading hospitality technology solution, was approved
for integration with Best Westerns two-way CRS mandate in 2003.
PlacePoint is MSIs POS solution and offers both retail food/beverage and
self-service functionality. Widely used in the mid market to increase
staffing efficiencies, PlacePoint allows guests to order their meal selections
via self-service touch screen technology.
My company operates several hotels for various brands, so we have first hand experience with multiple technology vendors. We have always found MSI to be very customer-focused and committed to providing superior service pre- and post-sale, Patel said. Commenting on the contract, Andrew Sanders, MSIs vice president of sales, said, We are delighted to grow our relationship with both Ajay Patel and this exciting new Best Western. His new property and MSIs solution will deliver a unique guest experience and the right mix of customer-facing technology. We are thrilled to be a partner. About
