Hotel AG Highlights Latest Exclusive Engagements

ATLANTA �April 20, 2009� � Hotel
Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), a specialized brokerage firm operating across
the United States, announced today they have exclusive engagements to sell
75 hotels located in 26 states across the country with 22 of these engagements
in various contract stages. The engagements include both single assets
and portfolio hotel offerings and represent limited-service, full-service
and extended-stay properties with a combined total of more than 8,000 rooms.
