Dolce’s innovative ideas have made him a pioneer in the meetings and conference industry. Widely known as a master at creating environments that inspire creativity and learning, Dolce has redefined the meeting-and-conference-center model. He has been named one of the “25 Most Influential Executives” in the meetings and travel industries by both Meeting News and Business Travel News magazines.
Dolce began his career in the hospitality industry at the American Management Association, where he managed 600 conferences a year throughout the U.S. In his next role as executive vice president for Harrison Conference Centers, he pioneered the first “Complete Meetings Package” for the conference industry.
Later, Dolce tapped his entrepreneurial instincts when he launched Dolce International. He quickly built the firm into one of the world’s leading providers of meetings and conferences. Dolce International changed its name to Dolce Hotels and Resorts last year to better reflect the breadth and caliber of services and amenities offered to its guests.
A native of the Bronx, N.Y., Dolce studied Economics at Iona College and later earned a Master’s Degree from Cornell University.
