Online Image Libraries

Using the same HerculesDMS platform, online image libraries can be created to store, retrieve and share the type of high-resolution graphics and property photos that are essential to marketing and publicity efforts but are difficult to exchange by e-mail due to their large size. HerculesDMS enables company users and others to download files directly from an online site, eliminating the need to mail graphics on CDs.

“With the photo gallery module in HerculesDMS, the headquarters office and each property can safely store images in galleries organized by customized categories with titles and comments readily available to each user,” Mueller said. “Searching for a specific photo is easy because the system automatically displays thumbnail images.
