Obaluxe Hotel Advisors is the third party management arm of The Obadon Hotel Group, which owns and manages a collection of luxury hotels including the historic Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach and the Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove. As a full-service hospitality industry asset management and consulting firm based in West Palm Beach, Fla., Obaluxe’s diverse experience includes significant background in the areas of hotel development, renovation and property management with a renowned client roster.
“We are thrilled to work with the team at Holiday Isle,” said Jay Litt, executive vice president of Obaluxe and hospitality industry veteran. “As the world has become increasingly cost conscious, Holiday Isle is the perfect spot for south Floridians to quickly escape for a vacation in their own backyard. We have some exciting plans for Holiday Isle that we plan to implement in the near future to refresh the property for a new generation of travelers to enjoy, even in today’s economy.”
“The Obaluxe approach is simple,” Litt says. “We assess the individual
client's situation, analyze market and competitive conditions that may
bear on the client's position, and implement modifications to existing
practices.” The company also provides verbal and written documentation
of its observations and recommendations, with a detailed follow-up and
implementation schedule for client use. With this approach, Obaluxe guides
and directs while establishing a positive ongoing bond between ownership
and third-party management.
