Beach Resort & Marina in the Florida Keys

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. � March 27, 2009 � Obaluxe Hotel
Advisors announced today that the group will continue to manage the Holiday
Isle Beach Resort & Marina. Situated in Islamorada on the northern
end of the Florida Keys. Obaluxe will work directly with the Holiday Isle
management team and offer assistance in asset management, operations, sales
& marketing, strategic planning and market research functions.
Obaluxe Hotel Advisors is the third party management arm of The Obadon Hotel Group, which owns and manages a collection of luxury hotels including the historic Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach and the Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove.
