WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. � March 27, 2009 � Obaluxe Hotel Advisors announced today that the group will continue to manage the Holiday Isle Beach Resort & Marina. Situated in Islamorada on the northern end of the Florida Keys. Obaluxe will work directly with the Holiday Isle management team and offer assistance in asset management, operations, sales & marketing, strategic planning and market research functions.

Obaluxe Hotel Advisors is the third party management arm of The Obadon Hotel Group, which owns and manages a collection of luxury hotels including the historic Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach and the Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove. As a full-service hospitality industry asset management and consulting firm based in West Palm Beach, Fla., Obaluxe�s diverse experience includes significant background in the areas of hotel development, renovation and property management with a renowned client roster.

Mr. Litt has directed a significant number of transactions in the hotel section, including major acquisitions of multiple hospitality assets and companies with food and beverage chains and operations. Prior to directing operations and development for The Obadon Group, Mr. Litt served in various management positions with Wyndham International, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Procurement Officer for the Resorts Group. He also managed landmark properties for ITT Sheraton, including the St. Regis Hotel and Park Avenue Sheraton in New York City. Mr. Litt graduated from Parsons College with a B.A. in Sociology and from Florida International University with a B.S. in Hospitality Management. He serves on the board of Florida International University�s School of Hospitality and the Rancho La Puerta Spa.
