Roedel Companies Names Patricia Woodworth
as Corporate Comptroller

Wilton, New Hampshire - January 8, 2009�David Roedel, Partner
of Roedel Companies, announced that Patricia Woodworth has been appointed
Corporate Comptroller for the company. Roedel Companies is a full-service
hotel investment, construction and management company that helps investors
derive the highest ROI from their hotel assets via its "Total Hospitality
Solution" offerings. In addition to assisting hotel investors, Roedel Companies
itself owns, constructs and operates nationally branded hotels primarily
in the limited, mid-service, upscale and extended-stay segments.
"We are delighted to welcome Patricia to our team, "says Roedel. "She will help us to strategically manage our clients' as well as our own hotels and restaurants so they will continue to provide the most positive cash flow." Woodsworth most recently handled all accounting responsibilities for multiple Il Fornaio Corporation (Nasdaq: ILFO) restaurants in California. While with the multi million dollar company she received its "Employee of the Year" and "Yes We Can" awards. Woodworth began her 15-year career in accounting with her first job an Assistant Manager of a busy convenience store, a position she held while attending San Francisco State University. Her job responsibilities at the time included bookkeeping and payroll, work that enabled her to put the theory she was learning at school into practice. "I look forward to applying the extensive accounting knowledge that I've absorbed over the last 15-years in order to make a positive impact on Roedel Companies and its clients," says Woodworth. Woodsworth holds a Bachelor Science degree in Business Administration
and Accounting from San Francisco State University.
