February 12, 2009 ó Hostar International, Inc. is pleased to announce that the recently opened W Atlanta-Downtown has chosen the ProHost® System for their housekeeping operations.

W Hotels Worldwide, the fastest growing luxury hotel brand in the world, unveils its latest sophisticated urban oasis with the grand opening of W Atlanta-Downtown Hotel & Residences.  Owned and developed by Barry Real Estate, this modern gateway to downtown Atlanta features 237 luxurious guest rooms, 74 branded Residences, four destination bars, world-class culinary delights, a glamorous zero-edge pool, signature Bliss Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility with panoramic city views, 9,000 square feet of ultra modern meeting and event space and a private helipad for guests on the go. 

All guest rooms and suites feature the W brandís signature bed with feather-top mattress, including 350 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and a goose down comforter, sink-side Bliss bath amenities, luxurious spa robes, W Hotelsí signature Munchie Box, an oversized desk and work area, flat-screen LCD TV, DVD player and wired internet capabilities.  The W Atlanta-Downtown offers the highest level of luxury in both guestroom amenities and facility design.  Efficient use of personnel, combined with the Hostar technology, gives housekeeping management the ability to provide consistent service to their guests while maintaining a high level of productivity and employee satisfaction. 

The ProHost® Mobiles, which represent the room attendant equipment component of the System, present a professional appearance on the guest floors.  Each mobile carries a precise mix of linen, terries and amenities matched to his or her specific room mix.  An evening team restocks the mobiles enabling the room attendants to start their shift with all the necessary linen and supplies needed to complete their assignment.  Room attendants are able to focus more time on room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.  The ProHost® System allows the hotel to be efficient in their material delivery, maintain a smart look and control inventory.
