January 30, 2009. Before the project can move forward, voters
must agree to allow retail sales of alcoholic beverages in West Lampeter
Township, where the hotel is located. The township has been dry since 1935.
Willow Valley intends to put a referendum before township voters in the
5/09/09 primary, asking them if they approve switching the township from
dry to wet. |
