Oct. 28, 2008 (OMAHA) � The Magnolia Hotel Omaha today announced Wendy Worley has been appointed Director of Sales for the 145-room boutique property. �I am delighted to announce that we have promoted from within Magnolia Hotels for the Director of Sales role at the Magnolia Hotel Omaha,� said Mike Pratt, vice president of sales and marketing for Denver-based Magnolia Hotels. �Wendy Worley is a seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry. We are looking forward to having Wendy continue to grow and strengthen the Magnolia Hotel�s clientele.� Wendy brings to The Magnolia more than 13 years in the hospitality industry. She has worked for The Magnolia Hotel Denver for the past three years, serving one year as Assistant Director of Sales and two years as Senior Sales Manager. Worley�s experience includes serving as a sales manager for hotel chains including Hilton, Wyndam and Westin. She has extensive experience working with professional sports teams and entertainment groups. Worley is a member of Meeting Planners International and holds a Bachelor�s degree in business administration from the University of New Mexico.
