 BOSTON
MA (October 6, 2008) -- Ocean Properties, Ltd. Hotels & Resorts of
Portsmouth NH and Delray Beach FL has nearly completed its $15 million
conversion of the Holiday Inn Logan Airport to the Courtyard by Marriott
hotel at Logan Airport. The refurbished and rebranded property will open
later this fall, providing 356 guestrooms, just one mile from Logan International
Airport.
In addition to its airport proximity and convenient access via complimentary 24-hour hotel and train station shuttle, the hotel is located just three miles from downtown Boston, the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), and the Financial District. Amenities include 3,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, a full-service restaurant and complimentary on-site parking for guests. Steven Nalen, who joined Ocean Properties in 2004 as general manager of the hotel will remain at the helm of the Courtyard.
