Legacy Property Group Appoints Sage Hospitality to Manage the
Newly Renovated Doubletree Hotel Atlanta NE/Northlake
in Tucker, Georgia
.

Denver, CO (November 05, 2008) -- Sage Hospitality, one of the nations most widely recognized hotel management companies, announced it has been selected by Legacy Property Group to manage the newly renovated Doubletree Hotel Atlanta NE/Northlake in Tucker, GA. This new addition expands Sage Hospitalitys presence in central Georgia.

We were intentional in seeking a partnership with Sage Hospitality, said David Marvin, founder and president of Legacy Property Group. While the remodeling we completed this year created an outstanding hotel property, we need the experience of the Sage team to maximize this asset and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

The Doubletree underwent an 18-month renovation from 2007 into 2008, part of Legacy Property Groups commitment to creating Atlantas most innovative developments. The hotel was upgraded with a high-design image that fully encompasses the upscale Hilton brands design and style. Located at I-275 and LaVista Road in the Northlake neighborhood, the property debuted in April, showcasing an edgy modern design combined with a warm traditional atmosphere.

These are challenging times economically, Marvin added. Legacy Property Group wants an experienced firm with national prominence to manage this hotel. We believe Sage has the ability to attract, train and retain the talented staff needed for this property to reach its full potential. They have an industry leading employee benefits program, national purchasing power and a record of performance and ROI that makes us comfortable with this partnership and confident about the future.

This is an exceptional hotel with a dedicated ownership group, said Sage President and CEO Walter Isenberg. Clearly the strength of the Hilton brand will be an advantage for this hotel, as well as the hotels natural appeal to a healthy mix of business, leisure and government travelers. The hotel offers a variety of unique and luxurious amenities that make Sage confident in the propertys potential to become a major draw for this region of the city.

The Doubletree offers 183 rooms, six stylish suites and 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 3,000-square-foot ballroom and two executive board rooms. Attached to the hotel is Marlows Tavern, a popular Atlanta restaurant that features a roof top patio. A beautiful outdoor pool features a twenty-foot waterfall, and the fitness center is complete with cardio equipment, personal TV screens, free weights and plenty of room to stretch.

What the hotels description doesnt describe is the elegance of this beautiful property, Isenberg added. The hotel is a contemporary and unique hospitality offering that appeals to all kinds of travelers. Landscaped gardens, a bold new high-tech lobby furnished with an indoor waterfall and eye-catching furniture, and a café and Wii video gaming area are only the beginning of an unexpected hotel experience.

The Doubletree hotel features luxurious accommodations complete with Doubletree Sweet Dreams bedding, high-definition flat screen televisions and high-speed wireless Internet. The six themed suites offer separate sleeping and parlor areas and high-end amenities. The Legacy Suite is the perfect place for an extended stay, with a large living room area that offers a home-on-the-road experience, while the Tranquility Suite is a soothing retreat.
