Superior Service Has a New Name, Michael Crain

MSI hires Leading Customer Service Author to Lead Associates and Call Center


Phoenix, AZ Ė November 4, 2008 Ė MSI (Multi-Systems, Inc.) a hospitality solutions provider with a focus on hospitality technology solutions, is excited to announce the newest member of their executive team; Michael Crain, Vice President of Success!  

In this role, Michael will report directly to MSIís President, Tim Tiller.  ďMichael will be responsible for MSIís associate's success, ensuring all associates have the tools, education and resources to reach their full potential as well as being a strong advocate for superior service and great people.  It is expected that this focus will have a positive effect on the success of our customers. Michael will also be responsible for the success of the call center - building on the positive changes that we have experienced through the course of timeĒ stated Tim Tiller, MSW, President.

Michael has spent the past several years providing consultative services to such companies as Marriott, Harley Davidson, Liberty Mutual, Pfizer, US Airways and Chase Bank to name a few. MSI is looking forward to Michaelís ability to utilize each of these experiences to guide MSI to higher levels of service performance, benefiting all of MSIís clients.  

Michael is an accomplished speaker, published author (Beyond the Billboards) and committed proponent of customer service and satisfaction.  He further brings to the MSI team organizational leadership and strategic planning; as well as demonstrated strengths in the areas of business development, employee satisfaction, improvement planning and execution.

In today's economy Ė MSI understands the importance of partnering with hoteliers who have invested in MSI's products and service.  MSI's customer assistance center is here to serve you, the end user - providing more than a break fix mentality.  Michael will grow the team into a greater proactive partner that utilizes the call center data to identify value added solutions, which will support our client's ability to drive revenue and customer service into their hotel(s).
