announce the newest member of their executive team; Michael Crain, Vice
President of Success!
In this role, Michael will report directly to MSI�s President, Tim Tiller. �Michael will be responsible for MSI�s associate's success, ensuring all associates have the tools, education and resources to reach their full potential as well as being a strong advocate for superior service and great people. It is expected that this focus will have a positive effect on the success of our customers. Michael will also be responsible for the success of the call center - building on the positive changes that we have experienced through the course of time� stated Tim Tiller, MSW, President. Michael has spent the past several years providing consultative services to such companies as Marriott, Harley Davidson, Liberty Mutual, Pfizer, US Airways and Chase Bank to name a few. MSI is looking forward to Michael�s ability to utilize each of these experiences to guide MSI to higher levels of service performance, benefiting all of MSI�s clients. Michael is an accomplished speaker, published author (Beyond the Billboards) and committed proponent of customer service and satisfaction. He further brings to the MSI team organizational leadership and strategic planning; as well as demonstrated strengths in the areas of business development, employee satisfaction, improvement planning and execution.
