KAANAPALI, Hawaii, Nov. 10, 2008 - Honua Kai Resort &
Spa, Maui's newest luxury beach resort, is set to open January 2009 on
Kaanapali's North Beach.
 Developed
by Maui Beach Resort Limited Partnership, a joint venture of Intrawest,
Ledcor and J.P. Morgan, and managed by Intrawest Hospitality Management,
Honua Kai Resort & Spa offers a uniquely contemporary Hawaiian experience.
Honua Kai is the first new whole ownership condominium and townhome beachfront
resort to come to Ka�anapali Beach, Maui in over 25 years. This spectacular
family resort will operate at the level of a luxurious hotel, offering
a variety of amenities including three distinct pool experiences, and Duke�s
Maui Beachfront restaurant. Honua Kai is an Intrawest master planned resort
community comprised of two condominium towers, three townhome enclaves,
three distinct pool experiences, and Dukes Maui beachside restaurant situated
on Maui�s famed Ka�anapali Beach.
Situated on 38 oceanfront acres of pristine North Beach Kaanapali, one of the island's best snorkeling and dive beaches, Honua Kai Resort & Spa is a master plan of resort accommodations situated in two U-shaped buildings with ocean and mountain views, lush landscaping and expansive open spaces.
