EMCVenues To Host “MEET USA-West 2008”

Brielle, New Jersey, November 2008… EMCVenues, the global meetings resource company specializing in education events, supplier tradeshows, training workshops, and  online registration support, announces “MEET USA-West 2008.”  

MEET USA-West, which will be held December 3rd & 4th at The Hilton Financial District* in San Francisco, is the third in a series of interactive meeting education events and tradeshows sponsored by EMCVenues.  Each event provides comprehensive educational tracks, training programming and networking opportunities for people who plan and manage meetings, events and tradeshows.  Also held with full-house attendance were MEET Chicago and MEET New Jersey.

As with the two previous MEET events, MEET USA-West 2008 is geared to help the novice-to-the-seasoned meeting planner maximize each conference and event they plan.  Registration for MEET USA-West is complimentary for qualified meeting and event planners, as well as members of the press.  Over 150 + meeting planners and industry professionals are expected to participate.  

EMCVenues’ MEET USA-West 2008 Program Highlights

Participants in MEET USA-West have several options for involvement.  They can sign up for a two-day program, a full-day program, or even a half-day program, including the general session and tradeshow event.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn best practices from influential industry speakers, prominent sponsors, plus attend education and general sessions.   Over 20 exhibitors will be on hand representing some of the most prominent venues and suppliers from around the nation.

MEET USA-West’s curriculum is presented in multi-tiered individual tracks geared toward the novice professional, the experienced pro, and all levels in between. Attendees also have the opportunity to explore a Supplier Showcase featuring national and local venues, conference centers, CVB's, and meeting service providers.
