TynanGroup Appoints Siemianowski Vice President
Overseeing Projects in the Southwest Region
Santa Barbara, CA- November 17, 2008- TynanGroup, Inc., a leader in the real estate development industry, has announced the promotion of Aimee Siemianowski to Vice President. In her new role, Ms. Siemianowski will apply her rich background in interior design, architecture and project management to oversee and coordinate projects in the Phoenix and Southwest region. Ms. Siemianowski is a certified interior designer and brings extensive knowledge of hospitality design and construction to each project. Prior to joining TynanGroup, Ms. Siemianowski was the owner and principal of TJ Wals Architecture & Interior Design, PC in Colorado. This experience, in conjunction with years of work as a project manager, has allowed her the expertise to provide bid and contract negotiations, project programming, design team coordination, budget tracking, schedule analysis and construction management for all aspects of a project from pre-construction through FFE installation. Ms. Siemianowski always plays a key role in delivering a successful project. Just recently, she served as a senior project manager for the extravagant 34-acre property, Montelucia Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona; modeled to reflect European luxury and already considered a milestone of lasting significance in the resort industry. In addition to the Montelucia Resort and Spa, Ms. Siemianowski has effectively managed such projects as the St. Regis Aspen, The Residences at Little Nell in Aspen, and the 1,000-room Sheraton Downtown Phoenix Hotel. Prior to TynanGroup, she managed the design of the Rancho Encantado Resort and Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Wolf Creek Village Resort adjacent to the Wolf Creek Ski Area in Colorado.
