Ventana Inn & Spa, founded in 1975, recently underwent an $18 million property-wide renovation carried out by its new owner, Walton Street Capitol and Joie de Vivre, its hospitality management company.

Harlow was most recently general manager at Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah, Ga., and regional director with the Grand Heritage Hotel Group.  During her time with Maryland-based Grand Heritage, she oversaw such luxury properties as Casa de mar Beach Golf and Spa Resort in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico; The Biltmore Hotel in Providence, R.I., and The Vanderbilt Hotel and The Chanler at Cliff Walk, both in Newport, R.I.  Additionally, she served as general manager for the prestigious Lodge at Koele, Lana�i City, Hawaii. 

The Houston native began her hospitality career with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where she held various positions, including resident manager at the renowned Caneel Bay Resort on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
