Atlanta, GA. 12/21/08 � GS DEVELOPMENT LLC today announced that the structural framework has been completed for its new 192-suite Version 3 Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel currently under construction in the Village at Town Park mixed use complex in Kennesaw, Georgia. Located at 620 Chastain Rd, the seven story hotel will boast a beautifully appointed, unique design with generous gracious spaces and full service hotel amenities. The opening of this distinctive new Embassy Suites hotel is scheduled
for October 2009. Holder Construction serves as the contractor for
the approximately 44 million dollar turn-key project. The hotel will
be owned by Town Park Hotel LLC. GS Hospitality LLC, a leading
hotel management company, will manage the hotel.
When completed, the new Embassy Suites by Hilton � Atlanta/Kennesaw hotel will provide guests with a full complement of services and amenities, including 6,580 square feet of stunning flexible meeting and event space. The largest meeting room, approximately 5,500 square feet, will accommodate meetings and social events for up to 500 people. In addition, the hotel will boast an on-site, in-house Ruth�s Chris restaurant, which will offer the convenience of delectable lunch and dinner selections, served seven days a week. Ruth� s Chris will also prepare all customized food and beverage for the hotel, including in-house room service and all meetings and events held in the meeting space. The Embassy Suites Kennesaw hotel is located in The Village at Town Park, a mixed-use community with shopping, dining and business offices conveniently accessible within walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible from major Routes I- 575 and I-75, approximately twenty miles northwest of Atlanta. Kennesaw State University, the second largest university in the state of Georgia, is just one mile away, and McCullom Field Airport and the Kennesaw Town Center Mall are within two miles.
