Peter M. Colleen McCollum has been named Vice President, Sales, and is another charter employee of CARINO Collection.  With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she joined the organization as Director of Sales in 2002 and her immediate contributions to CARINO Collection consisted of building a global sales team and overseeing sales/revenue to member hotels.  Additionally, McCollum is responsible for direct selling (B2B) to the corporate transient market.  After achieving year-over-year growth, the CARINO Collection was compelled to promote her to Executive Director of Sales in just three short years and now Vice President, Sales two years later. Prior to her roles at CARINO Collection, McCollum held positions at global hotel chains such as Ritz Carlton, Lowes, and Preferred Hotels/IndeCorp.

Charlotte A. Mordaunt joins CARINO Collection as Vice President, Revenue and Reservation Services. Mordaunt brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the organization, and offers a wide breadth of knowledge garnered from direct experience in virtually almost every area of hotel operations from her roles in front office operations, sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue management including both property and regional positions. Her impressive resume most recently includes the position of Director, Revenue Management Service and Standards for Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, as well as past positions as an independent consultant and at companies such as Lodgian; The Marx Hotel and Conference Center, Syracuse, NY; Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel; and Interstate Hotels, among others. In her new role Mordaunt will be responsible for development of new revenue opportunities for CARINO Collection and its member hotels through distribution channel management and new reservation services that will be offered as part of the key initiatives of the company in 2009.
