Great Ideas for National Customer Service Week 2008

September 30, 2008 - As you may know, National Customer Service Week is from October 6th - October 10th. National Customer Service week can be a great opportunity to re-focus and re-energize your team on the importance of service excellence.  To prepare, I've included three tools to help you generate excitement.

Daily Worksheets - You can use the questions on these worksheets to discuss various parts of the service experience with your team.  There are seven worksheets for you to choose from.  You can use any five worksheets or use them all!
