Boomerang Hotels® the New Master Brand and Parent Company Name
for GuestHouse International® and Settle Inn & Suites®


HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 24, 2008 - GuestHouse International® and Settle Inn & Suites®, have aligned themselves under the new master brand and parent company Boomerang Hotels®, the company announced at their Annual Owners Conference held last week at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. 

Boomerang Hotels® President and CEO Brendan Watters said the new brand structure, formerly operating as Settle Inn LLC, allows Boomerang Hotels® to continue its remarkable growth. 

“As Boomerang Hotels®“, our guests have a streamlined way to choose the comfortable, amenity driven room at the location — and price — that they want,” Watters said, “and our property owners will find continually upgraded features and benefits to our industry first franchise agreement.” 

Watters said the name Boomerang Hotels® resonated perfectly for the lodging industry because a boomerang is just like the guest. “If you treat the guest properly, just like a boomerang, they will return. If you don’t treat guests properly, they won’t come back. It’s all about welcoming back guests and keeping them coming back.” 

“We have successfully positioned Boomerang Hotels® as one of the most franchise friendly lodging companies operating today according to the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers,” Watters said. “The underlying principle of our fair?franchising doctrine is the basis and foundation for our growth in new construction, conversions, and ultimately the guest experience.”

Watters said Boomerang Hotels® will retain the Settle Inn & Suites® and GuestHouse International® staff and existing headquarters based in Hendersonville, Tenn.
