Hotel Developer CSM Corporation Appoints John Ferrier to Director of Architecture
and Luke Hedberg to Real Estate Development Manager.

MINNEAPOLIS � JULY 09, 2008 � CSM Corporation announces today that John Ferrier will be promoted to the role of director of architecture and Luke Hedberg will advance to real estate development manager.

Ferrier has worked at CSM since 2002, most recently as the senior project architect. Ferrier received the CSM Outstanding Achievement award in 2007, recognizing of his dedication and commitment to the goals and vision of CSM. Ferrier recently earned his American Institute of Architects (AIA) certification and his National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) designation.

�John is an important member of our team and instrumental to our growth,� says Arne Cook, president of CSM�s commercial properties division. �He is a most worthy recipient of this promotion and CSM�s Outstanding Achievement Award. Our entire company also congratulates John on earning his AIA Certificate.�

Hedberg joined CSM in 2005 as a real estate development associate and has consistently excelled at the development and acquisition of commercial properties within the Twin Cities.

Currently, Hedberg is a member of several national professional associations and is also a licensed real estate salesperson. Hedberg graduated from St. Olaf College and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota�s Carlson School of Management Industry.

Cook describes Hedberg as a strong asset to the development team. �We are very fortunate to have Luke; his adept business sense and work ethic will benefit our commercial division. Luke�s skill set and accomplishments amply qualify him for this position within CSM.�
