Operate Four Recently Acquired Hotels in South Florida
PALM BEACH, Fla. The Obadon Hotel Group launches as the newest luxury hotel management company led by Eric Ewoldt and Jay Litt.
Eric Ewoldt was formerly EVP of Ian Schraeger Hotels and Doral Hotels & Resorts, VP & Managing Director of Ritz-Carlton. Additionally he was Director of asset management for portfolios of luxury hotels around the world including Colony Capital, Carnival Resorts & Casinos and the Gencom Group.
Jay Litt served as EVP of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and has managed five-star properties throughout the US and the Caribbean. Litt has also managed the St. Regis in New York City as well as numerous other luxury assets.
In less than two years, Obadon has acquired four of the hottest properties in South Florida.
