The hotel began the multi-million dollar room upgrades in December 2007, and the changes can be seen as soon as the elevator doors open.  Artwork depicting significant historic moments related to Auburn University now adorn the hallway walls.  Images from World War II tanks decorated in Tiger paraphernalia to winning moments in Tiger football tell the stories of the university and tie together the past, present and future.

All bathrooms were rebuilt from the bottom up.  The bathtubs were replaced with much larger, tiled walk-in showers, opening up the entire room.  Softer lighting from stylish wall sconces illuminates the dark wood and granite-topped vanities, and wood-framed mirrors provide a touch of elegance.
