As a 20-year veteran of the hospitality and food and beverage industries, Rice brings extensive experience to his new position.  He has held positions ranging from Restaurant Manager to Catering Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing.  His previous experience includes management positions with Hyatt, Marriott, Adams Mark, Stouffer, Holiday Inn, and Sheraton hotels at locations in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
