Ms. Wooten will be responsible for spearheading the Benchmark University program, an employee educational curriculum.  She will also oversee the training initiatives for all of Benchmark�s 5200 employees worldwide.

For the past five years, Kathy Wooten served as corporate marketing manager and corporate training manager for Omni Hotels.  She has been employed in similar positions with Adam�s Mark Hotels and for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Dallas.

Wooten received a degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, located in Huntsville, Texas.  She resides in Conroe, Texas.
