Jason Berman Joins Denihan Hospitality Group
as Senior Director, Brand Marketing

NEW YORK - (June 18, 2008) � Marketing executive Jason Berman, 35, has joined Denihan Hospitality Group (DHG), the New York-based hospitality management company, as senior director, brand marketing.  Working with John Moser, chief marketing officer, Berman will oversee the continued expansion of DHG�s Affinia, Benjamin and James hotel brands.  DHG operates six Affinia Hotels in New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C., The Benjamin in New York City, The James in Chicago and several independent hotels in Manhattan.  Berman�s appointment was announced by co-CEO Brooke Barrett and is effective immediately.
            
Berman brings more than 10 years of experience to DHG.  Most recently, he was director, marketing and CRM at W Hotels Worldwide, where he spearheaded CRM, online, loyalty and partner marketing initiatives for W brand marketing and 23 W Hotels.  In this position, he earned Starwood�s �2007 Marketing Innovator of the Year� award.   While with Starwood, Berman was also senior manager web initiatives for Starwood Preferred Guest.
            
Prior to joining Starwood, Berman was senior marketing strategist for i-traffic, an AGENCY.COM company, developing online marketing programs for Sprint, Discovery Channel and others.  Previous positions include marketing manager of RCN Telecommunications (Residential Communications Network) and marketing consultant for the United Nations� International Cultures Mission.  
            
Berman earned a MBA in International Marketing and Finance at DePaul University in Chicago and graduated with a BS degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Kansas.
