Johan Isberg Appointed F&B Director of Las Ventanas al Paraíso,
A Rosewood Resort, Los Cabos, Mexico

Los Cabos, Mexico, March 24, 2008 - Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, the internationally renowned ultra-luxury resort in the destination of Los Cabos, has appointed Johan Isberg the food and beverage director, announced Managing Director Lionel Alvarez.

Isberg comes to Five Diamond Las Ventanas with 13 years of hospitality management experience, including senior food and beverage positions, with luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. Most recently, he was executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage at the Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.

Isberg's previous experience includes serving as the executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage at the Grand Hyatt Cairo; director of operations, Faena Hotel & Universe, Buenos Aires; executive assistant manager, InterContinental Buenos Aires; and assistant director of restaurants/villa services manager, Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas.

He will oversee day-to-day operations of Las Ventanas' five restaurants and lounges including The Restaurant, serving the resort's signature Baja-Mediterranean Cuisine; the Sea Grill, featuring 'Cocina del Fuego' prepared on wood-burning grills and in a wood-burning oven; Tequila & Ceviche Bar, offering Mexico's finest tequilas and most diverse menu of ceviches; Tequila & Sushi Bar, a fusion of Mexican and Japanese culinary traditions; and the Lobby Lounge, serving an array of specialty drinks.
