J-4 Development Company and JL Burke Contracting Building a 125-suite

MOKENA, IL (February 27, 2008) � J-4 Development Company, LLC and JL Burke Contracting, Inc., both of Mokena, announce the selection and approval of a 125-suite Hyatt Summerfield Suites to be located in the development of Hickory Creek Waterworks and Resort. Ground breaking is scheduled in 2008 and opening in late 2009.

Hyatt Summerfield Suites is an upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotel brand that provides a friendly neighborhood feel, creating a home-like environment for both business and leisure guests. Hyatt Summerfield Suites offers thoughtfully designed public spaces that capture the essence of a community including: a café/lounge serving coffee and offering complimentary high-speed Internet access; a park-like area with a pool and grill; a StayFit@Hyatt state-of-theart gym; complimentary full breakfast buffet; an Evening Social Monday though Thursday; 24- hour Guest Market; complimentary grocery services and laundry facilities. Beyond the public spaces, guests will find studio, one- and two-bedroom suites, all featuring a full kitchen, spacious living room with a 32-inch flat panel, high definition television and dedicated work area, and a separate bedroom featuring the Hyatt Grand Bed�.

Hickory Creek Waterworks and Resort is owned by J-4 Development Company, LLC and will be professionally managed by American Resort Management, LLC (www.americanresortmanagement.com) who has teamed with national and local industry leaders and experts on this project including: White Water Inc., Hotel and Leisure Advisors, Aumiller Youngquist, PC Architects and others bringing a proven, successful and experienced group of professionals to the design, development and operational success of Water Park, Hotels, Sporting and Commercial Developments. Hickory Creek Resort is adjacent to the recently announced The Falls at Hickory Creek Development which will include a new 12,000 square foot, 400+ seat Stoney Point Grill and Off- Track Wagering Facility along with an additional themed restaurant. The recently approved Stoney Point Grill, scheduled to open Fall 2008, will feature outdoor lakeside seating for 80 along the 15 foot waterfalls. Stoney Point Grill is co-owned by James T.
