 Xavier Lividini Announces New Hospitality Consulting Practice,
Hospitality Advance International


MIAMI, FLORIDA (January 28, 2008) --- Industry veteran Xavier Lividini has formed a hotel consulting practice, Hospitality Advance International. Services range from hotel acquisitions, development and investment to asset management, sales and marketing and executive recruitment. The Miami-based firm has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London.

Lead clients of the practice are the upscale development of the tourism infrastructure for the 300 mile coast of Sinaloa, Mexico with Mazatlan as the epicenter of the project and asset management of the Bosanova Condo hotel in Mazatlan. Additionally, Hospitality Advance International LLC has projects with The InterContinental Miami hotel and The Iroquois Hotel in NY.

Lividini brings with him an over 25 year track record in all aspects of the hospitality industry.Throughout his career he has worked for industry leaders including Intercontinental, Westin, Hilton, Sofitel and Wyndham as well as upscale individual hotels and resorts such as the Houstonian, Waldorf=Astoria and Condado Plaza in Puerto Rico. 

Most recently he served as General Manager of the Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove, Florida and previously as Regional Director of Marketing Operations for Grupo Real Hotels where he developed and headed North American sales and marketing for this collection of 11 upscale properties in Florida and Latin America.

A graduate of Iona College, he was recently inducted into the prestigious Waldorf=Astoria Distinguished Alumni.
