advised MB HOTEL 1 LLC. in the sale of the HAWTHRON SUITES ORLANDO AIRPORT
to YOUNGLIM, INC. of ARIZONA for $19.9 million.
Julian Mazili, President & CEO of Mazili Hotel Group, indicated that the Asset was sold at 10% CAP and Price/Unit of $147,000. The new owners plan on keeping the Hawthorn flag while improving the condition of the property. The Hawthorn Suites Orlando Airport was awarded the Excellency Award
among its peers nationwide.
