Joamilka Contreras Appointed General Manager at Villa
La Estancia

has announced the appointment of Joamilka Contreras to the position of
General Manager for the 245-suite Villa La Estancia Beach Resort &
Spa Nuevo Vallarta. She will be responsible for daily operations of the
new beachfront resort overlooking Banderas Bay in Riviera Nayarit.
According to Carlos Aquino, Corporate Director of the Villa Group Resorts Vallarta, Ms. Contreras will be entrusted with developing a high caliber team to provide a luxury environment with a heavy focus on delivering the utmost in accommodations, hospitality, service and amenities. �Joamilka is joining Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta at a critical and exciting time,� remarked Aquino. �We know that her background brings great expertise to our newest property. And we�re happy to welcome her to the Villa Group Resorts family.� Ms. Contreras brings to Villa Group Resorts a wealth of experience in hotel management that she acquired from working with several companies located throughout Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Holding a Bachelor�s Degree in Hotel Administration, Ms. Contreras has participated in training seminars and special courses at the prestigious Cornell University in New York, focusing in Strategic Management and Sales & Marketing. The second phase of Villa La Estancia�s 245 suites, main restaurant
and lobby opened in December 2007, with the final phase slated for completion
by late summer 2008. Spacious suite sizes range from 1,200 sq. ft. for
one-bedrooms to 3,350 sq. ft. for three-bedrooms. Deluxe guestrooms are
also available. Amenities include upscale and poolside dining, the 17,000
sq. ft. Tatewari Spa, a 3,500 sq.
