|CALGARY, Alberta, Canada, and ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey,
January 22, 2008 --- Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., (“Guest-Tek”
) (TSX:GTK) has announced it has entered into a contract (the “Contract”)
with Borgata, a joint venture of Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) and

(“IPTV”) with high-definition (“HD”) programming, and HD video-on-demand
(“VOD”) entertainment services to The Water Club, A Signature Hotel by
Borgata, located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
On schedule to open just in time for summer, The Water Club, A Signature Hotel by Borgata will introduce a unique brand of hospitality to Atlantic City, combining familiar elements of Borgata, while delivering a unique personality of its own. The $600 million master plan development boasts 800 rooms and suites, four unique pool environments, three residences inspired by chic city lofts, a two-story 36,000-square-foot spa, 18,000 square feet of meeting space, six retail shops, and will offer direct access to and from Borgata’s dining, nightlife and entertainment options.
"We are pleased to announce this Contract with Guest-Tek," said John Forelli, Vice President of Information Technology for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. "Our commitment to provide our guests with cutting-edge technology and quality high-definition television services has led us to select Guest-Tek’s unified system of 100% digital HD IPTV and HD VOD products for The Water Club."
"We are very pleased to have been selected to provide The Water Club our converged IP system of digital television offerings," said Arnon Levy, President & CEO of Guest-Tek. “Our system will provide the hotel with the ability to boast full digital television with the most HD channels available in the industry. With OneView Media HD IPTV and video-on-demand, guests will enjoy a high level of service and quality of network.”
Guest-Tek’s OneView Mediatm HD system provides an advanced and intelligent HD set top box that supports MPEG2, MPEG4-AVC and VC-1. The OneViewtm Media HD platform provides a complete 100% digital system able to support both IPTV, and VOD in HD and standard definition (SD) formats. Digital content is delivered securely over IP using industry standards for conditional access and content encryption featuring Advanced Encryption Standard 128-bit encryption technology, as well as aiding content protection from piracy with session based forensic watermarking. The additional value of this technology provides flexibility through a software-based approach to content protection supporting easy renew-ability, revocability, and even complete replacement - instead of costly and inflexible hardware based solutions that are dependent upon proprietary embedded hardware in the television.
