Benchmark Hospitality Appoints Michael McGreevy Director
of Food and Beverage
for The Northland Inn in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Woodlands (Houston), Texas, February 2008 - Benchmark Hospitality International
has appointed Michael McGreevy as director of food & beverage for The
Northland Inn, the hotel and executive conference center located in Brooklyn
Park, Minnesota, near Minneapolis. Charles Nehme, general manager,
made the announcement.
"I am pleased to welcome Michael to The Northland Inn," said Mr. Nehme. "He brings vast experience to his new role, gained in food and beverage operations for leading brands." Michael McGreevy was previously employed by Disney Resorts as area manager of food and beverage at the Yacht and Beach Resort, located in Kissimmee, Florida. During his tenure with Disney, he also worked at MGM Studios and Epcot Center as area manager of food and beverage. Prior to this, Mr. McGreevy invested over a decade of his career with Radisson Hotels & Resorts. He served as food & beverage director for the Radisson Inn Maingate in Kissimmee, Florida, and as food and beverage manager for the Radisson Hotel in Sandusky. Ohio. He was also employed in food and beverage operations for Radisson properties in Southfield, Michigan, and Fargo, North Dakota. While with Radisson, Mr. McGreevy was honored as Training Manager of the Year in food and beverage operations. He is a graduate of St. Johns University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. McGreevy has relocated to Minneapolis. The Northland Inn is a 231 guest suite, full service hotel located just minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
