Antares Investment Planning a 115 room
Hotel in Stamford, Connecticut

STAMFORD, CONN. � February 14, 2008 � Antares Investment
Partners today announced plans for a world-class hotel and spa, and the
team leading the effort, in a continuation of their redevelopment of Harbor
Point, a six-million, square-foot waterfront project in Stamford.
The new hotel will consist of approximately 115 rooms and suites and
lobby-level attractions such as a wine bar, art gallery, library, bakery
and café. In addition, the hotel will feature a world-class
spa and fitness center, two meeting rooms, and a roof-deck infinity pool.
The hotel will also offer 54 residential condominiums with hotel amenities
on the upper five floors of the building.
