“We are excited to have someone with the extensive luxury F & B management experience that Scott Siebert brings to the team,” Saun Lightbourne, Director of Sales and Marketing, said.  “In addition to almost 20 years with the Marriott brand, he has an invaluable understanding of the process of opening multiple upscale restaurants simultaneously, and will be an integral factor in making our grand opening a great success.”

Prior to the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa, Siebert spent 16 years working his way up the Food & Beverage management chain at the Desert Spring JW Marriott in Palm Desert, CA.  Beginning as a Lounge Supervisor in 1988, he achieved the status of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage before he left the property in 2004.  Siebert holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University in San Bernardino.

The Bold New Eden Roc, a Renaissance Resort & Spa, will reopen it first phase Winter 2008 with 349 new guest rooms and suites.
