Benchmark Hospitality Appoints Sara Plaster Director of Conference Services
for Hotel Contessa, San Antonio, Texas

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, October 2007 - Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Sara Plaster as director of conference services for Hotel Contessa, the Personal Luxury Hotel located in San Antonio, Texas.  Eric Adame, general manager, made the announcement.
 
I am so pleased to announce the promotion of Sara to this important leadership role at Hotel Contessa, said Mr. Adame.  She has done a superb job working with our many corporate guests over the last years and will be a great role model for her conference services team.
 
Ms. Plaster previously served as manager of conference services for Benchmark Hospitality at Hotel Contessa.  In this role she became known and admired for her strong work ethic, inclusive management style, dedication to her customers' needs, and an anticipatory service orientation.
 
Sara Plaster began her career with Benchmark in the mid 1990s working for The Founders Inn & Spa of Virginia Beach, Virginia.  While there she served in several positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of departments throughout the property, including food & beverage, the front office, accounting, and conference services.  
 
Ms. Plaster is a graduate of Regent University, located in Virginia Beach.  She resides in San Antonio.
