The Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association Annual Sales & Marketing Conference Set
for December 13, 2007 in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; Will Provide Resources to All Levels

October 25, 2007 - The PA Tourism & Lodging Association will hold its Third Annual Sales & Marketing Conference on Thursday December 13, 2007, at the Radisson Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

The theme of the Conference "A Recipe for Successful Communication" will provide professional resources to all levels of lodging sales professionals. A welcome reception will open the Conference the evening before. This will provide an opportunity for the event attendees to meet and network with both the speakers and industry related exhibitors and sponsors of the Conference. An outstanding team of speakers will offer exceptional presentations on a variety of topics.

These include: 

  • What¹s My Communication Style? presented by Monica Gould, MBA, President of Strategic Consulting Partners, Mechanicsburg, PA. Ms. Gould is a nationally know speaker having recently returned from a consulting engagement in The Republic of Georgia. 
  • Hi-Speed Rapport Building: Key Ingredients for Instant Connection With Your New Prospects presented by Ed Iannarella, President of Stonehedge Consulting Group, Lancaster, PA.  
  • Cyber Marketing presented by Julie Payne, CTP, CTIS, Director of Tourism Development, Summit Marketing & Communications Group, New Cumberland, PA. 
  • Communication That Builds Employee & Customer Engagement, presented by Richard A. Pierce, Ph.D., Co-Founder / Executive Director and James S. Rowell, M.S.Ed. Co-Founder / President, both of Rising Sun Consultants, Hershey, PA.
The closing speaker of the Conference will be Sean McCurdy, Global Director of Worldwide Sales with Interstate Hotels & Resorts.  Mr. McCurdy will address Hotel Dynamic Pricing: Friend, Foe or the Future? "Is it the way of the future for pricing"?
