has selected MICROS 9700 HMS, mymicros.net and iCare as its technology
foundation.
Upon completion in early spring 2007, the property was transformed into a world class entertainment destination offering many new entertainment and dining options, additional gaming space, a new player rewards program, and a 29,000 square foot multipurpose event center. In seeking the insurance of a large-scale, high volume, and proven system, Twin River opted for 140 new MICROS 9700 terminals to address its needs. “MICROS 9700 provides us with tools that will enhance our operations, such as its efficient reporting features and easy to manage gift card program, which in turn enhances the experience of our guests,” stated Jason Gittle, Director of IT, Twin River. The mymicros.net Enterprise Reporting solution offers a content-rich Internal portal, giving Twin River management access to hosted applications for point-of-sale, back office, data warehousing, business intelligence and other business applications.
