Lyn Locke Appointed Director of Sales & Marketing
for the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, Washington, DC.
|MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 22, 2007 - Crestline Hotels & Resorts,
Inc. today announced the appointment of Mr. Lyn Locke as Director of Sales
& Marketing for the upscale L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, Washington, DC. The
hotel is managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and offers 370 deluxe
guestrooms and suites, as well as 21,000 square feet of meeting space.
Mr. Locke was formerly the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort in Cumberland, MD, also a Crestline managed hotel. He brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality industry sales, marketing and management. Prior to joining Crestline he was the principal of Chesapeake Consulting Ltd., where he worked with numerous hotels, as well as golf and ski resorts, in developing and implementing sales and marketing programs. Mr. Locke also served as senior vice president of RADIUS, the world's largest corporate travel management company. In addition, Mr. Locke was president and ceo for CityChoices Digital Guides in Vancouver, Canada, and enjoyed a 14 year career with Choice Hotels International where he last served as CFO-Sales and Director, Travel Industry Sales & Marketing.
