Guy Underkoffler Named Senior Vice President
of Aqua Hotels, Honolulu, Hawaii

BEACH, Hawaii � November 26, 2007 - Mike Paulin, owner and CEO of Aqua
Hotels & Resorts, recently announced the promotion of Guy Underkoffler
to Senior Vice President.
�Guy has been one of the most influential team members during our phenomenal growth the past several years,� said Paulin. �He is poised to lead Aqua into our next growth phase which plans to add several hotels in the near future.� Underkoffler joined Aqua Hotels and Resorts as Controller in March 2003 when the company operated two properties � Aqua Waikiki Marina and Aqua Bamboo and Spa. His previous experience converting and assessing the potential of newly-acquired hotels, while at Interstate Hotel Corporation and Starwood Hotels, helped initiate structure and development of Aqua�s strategic growth plan. To date, implementation of the program has successfully added eight properties to Aqua�s inventory for a total of 10 hotels in Waikiki, positioning the company as #8 in a recent Hawaii poll of the �Fastest 50� growing companies in 2007. |
