Anthony Marnell III Planning to Build the M Resort, a $1.8 billion Casino,
Resort and Commercial Center in Henderson, Nevada; Wants to Push
the Envelope with the Design and Architecture

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 8, 2007 - M Resort Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Anthony A. Marnell, III, unveiled the 12’ x 16’ M Resort, Spa and Casino model and announced details of the project during yesterday’s press conference. M Resort, Spa and Casino will be located on approximately 80 acres of land at the southeast corner of St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard. The Marnell family name has become synonymous with quality and innovation in the Las Vegas market. Developer Anthony A. Marnell, III, will serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M Resort, Spa and Casino.  The project, expected to be completed in the Spring of 2009, will be the largest resort built within the city limits of Henderson and one of the only resorts with a north-south orientation, announced M Resort officials.

Driven by a personal, hands-on service approach, progressive architectural style and a balance of luxury amenities, M Resort, Spa and Casino will offer guests a distinctly different resort experience.

“The driving force behind M Resort, Spa and Casino is service. We are bringing back the old Las Vegas hands-on approach to the property. We want our team members to recognize guests by name, not by a room card or number,” said Anthony A. Marnell, III.

The 11-story resort will consist of 390 rooms and suites, 90,000 square feet of gaming and more than 40,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. A variety of luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot spa as well as multiple restaurants, dining and entertainment options will provide guests with an unrivaled South Strip experience.

M Resort, Spa and Casino, located in the southern area of the Las Vegas valley, will be situated 400 feet higher in elevation than the resort-casinos on the world-famous Strip, providing optimal views of the Las Vegas skyline from every room, suite, restaurant and lobby within the resort. The strikingly unique architectural design incorporates a 100,000 square foot canyon feature pool area with waterfalls that will echo the beauty and serenity of the surrounding desert and mountains.

“The architectural design, amenities and service at M Resort, Spa and Casino will be unlike any resort-casino in Las Vegas. The property is the newest expression of where we believe the future of the industry lies,” said Anthony A. Marnell, III.

Infused with originality, quality and value, M Resort, Spa and Casino will embody an inviting blend of warm, yet modern design with all the amenities of a Las Vegas Strip resort but the convenience of being away from the center Strip. Blending into the surrounding natural beauty of the desert Southwest, M Resort, Spa and Casino will incorporate subtle horizontal lines and floor-to-ceiling windows, while a rich color palette of natural materials will create a comfortable and leisurely ambiance.

“The architecture of M Resort, Spa and Casino is about creating a space that is comfortable for all generations, an environment everyone can enjoy,” said Tony Marnell, Chief Executive Officer of Marnell Corrao Associates, the architecture, design and construction firm behind the development of M Resort, Spa and Casino. “I’m very proud to be working with my son who is the owner of this project. He has asked us to really push the envelope with the design and architecture of the M Resort.”

M Resort, Spa and Casino has partnered with Marnell Corrao Associates on the design and construction of the project. Marnell Corrao Associates is responsible for Las Vegas landmarks such as Caesars Palace, Wynn Las Vegas, Treasure Island, the Forum Shops, Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino and many additional notable projects throughout the history of Las Vegas.
