James Scott Appointed General Manager of
One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas

November 19, 2007 - One&Only Resorts announces the appointment of James Scott as General Manager of One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas with immediate effect. 

Prior to Mr. Scott’s appointment he was General Manager for the opening of the Discovery at Marigot Bay in St. Lucia.  During his tenure at the property he helped to raise the level of service at Discovery which was awarded a AAA 4 diamond rating within three months of its opening and was recently accepted as a member of Leading Hotels otels of the World.  He also worked at the renowned Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, reporting directly to the Chief Executive while serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing and Operations.

James Scott will be working closely with Senior Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean for One&Only Resorts, Edward T. Steiner, and Resort Manager Alessandro Cabella, who was appointed earlier this year, to oversee operations of the luxury resort.
