Harvest Construction Lands Contracts to Build Two Hotels

A Holiday Inn Express in Texas
and a Value Place
Extended Stay Hotel in Virginia
Kansas City, November 14, 2007 � Harvest Construction General
Contracting Inc (www.harvestconstructiongc.com)
has been selected as the General Contractor to build a Holiday Inn Express
to be located on Hollywood Road in Amarillo, TX and a Value Place Extended
Stay hotel in Chantilly, VA. The project architects are BW Hudson
based in Grand Prairie, TX and Howard and Helmer out of Overland Park,
KS respectively.

Harvest is currently preparing for mobilization, which is expected to occur during the beginning of November for the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel will be nearly 45,000 square feet and will stand 3 stories tall with 68 rooms and will include all of the amenities Holiday Inn Express guests have grown to love. The Chantilly, VA Value Place hotel will be 4 stories high including
121 studios. There are three basic room types featuring standard
studios, studio sleeper units, and studio double rooms. Room standards
include: dresser and nightstand, cable TV, clothing rack, full-size refrigerator,
microwave, two burner stove, on-site laundry facilities, and private-secured
