DALLAS- November 19, 2007 - -It was an evening of fun and celebration on Saturday, November 10 as hoteliers from across North Texas gathered to honor the hotel industry�s top performers over the past year. The event was Hotel Association of Greater Dallas inaugural HOSPY�s Award Gala held at the Hilton Anatole Hotel Dallas. The hotel association�s �HOSPY� award recognizes the contribution of an individual or organization to the industry over the past year. Top awards of the evening went to:
�This is a night where we celebrated those who have helped make the North Texas hotel industry one of the best in the country,� said Brooke Dieterlen, executive director of the Hotel Association of Greater Dallas. �It is through their efforts, which are made on a daily basis, that Dallas and North Texas area remain one of the top places to visit or hold meetings.� In all, Fifteen �HOSPY� awards were presented to individuals, hotels,
and companies recognizing their contribution to the hotel industry over
the past year. The award winners were:

The Hotel Association of Greater Dallas is one of the largest local hotel associations in the country representing more than 35,000 rooms in the market. Established in 1926, the association works to promote the interests of the hotel community in North Texas. |
