Evelyne Oreskovich of Pegasus Solutions Receives
HEDNA's 2007 Award of Excellence

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, December 3, 2007  - HEDNA, the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association, is announcing that Evelyne Sansaricq Oreskovich of Pegasus Solutions, Inc. is receiving its 2007 Award of Excellence. HEDNA will present the award to Oreskovich at its Conference in Phoenix, AZ on December 4, 2007. 
 
The award honors an individual who has made remarkable contributions toward the advancement of hotel electronic distribution, mainly, but not exclusively, through their activities in HEDNA. The recipient of the Award of Excellence is honored by the general membership of HEDNA at the December meeting. 
 
Oreskovich is one of the founding members of HEDNA, which began in 1991. She has been an active member of the Association, serving on the Board from 1989 through 1997, holding a number of positions including vice president, secretary, and director at large. Oreskovich continues to foster awareness and progress in the hotel electronic distribution industry.
 
Oreskovich oversees the Strategic Hotels Accounts in Eastern North America at Pegasus Solutions, Inc. Her accounts include many of the largest hotel companies and represent a significant portion of the company's revenue. Her organizational abilities, her diplomacy and clear vision has won her much respect and admiration from her peers. Oreskovich has a keen grasp of the hotel industry and the technology that's changing it. 
 
Oreskovich began her career in the hotel industry in 1982 and has held positions at Nikko Hotels International and Leading Interactive Reservations, LLC. 
 
Oreskovich is a graduate of the State University of New York, Cortland.
